Ten of the best: Luke Jenkins and Dubbo CYMS have won 10 in a row.

Dubbo CYMS have continued their relentless march towards the Group 11 minor premiership with a 42-22 win over Parkes on Sunday.

It was one of the closest matches CYMS have had in recent weeks, but they still managed to put 20 points on their rivals, who had been second coming into the weekend.

The loss drops the Spacemen into fourth, after they were leapfrogged on the ladder by the Nyngan Tigers and Forbes Magpies.

It was a close match, with CYMS just in front 24-16 at half-time and looked like it could have gone either way, but as they have done so often this year, Dubbo stepped up a gear.

They scored three more tries in the 20 minutes after half-time to lead 42-22 and neither team could advance the score before the full-time siren.

The victory now moves CYMS onto 10 straight wins for the season and six points clear at the top of the ladder.

CYMS face Macquarie in a local derby at Caltex Park on Saturday.
